March 18, 2024 (Providence, RI) - Happy Victory Monday Pirates fans! Your Providence Pirates Defeated the Bennington Martens 130-101 in the ABA Semi-Finals extending their winning streak to 15 straight!

The Pirates got out to a big lead over the Martens early in the game and continue to put the pressure on Bennington all the way up to half-time where the Pirates went up by 18.
​
The Martens rallied back in the third quarter to cut the Pirates lead down to 6 going into the last quarter of the game.
​
Providence came together to go on a serious run in the 4th quarter as the team ran away with the first game of the ABA Playoffs.

Tom Garrick Jr was named the Pirates Player of the Game! Tom led the Pirates to victory with 41 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists.
​
Kevin Briggs was also a strong force in the victory for the Pirates as he grabbed 20 rebounds (19 defensive).
