Pirates close out the season on a 4-game winning streak with the win over Philly.
The Pirates has completed its inaugural season 5-3 with 4-game winning streak. The streak includes Boston, New York and Philadelphia teams. The Pirates took the court this Sunday night at home, in the final game of their exhibition season against the Philly Stunnaz. The Pirates made the most of the night, and exploded for their highest offensive performance of the year, dropping 142 points on the Stunnaz, on their way to a 142- 115 victory.
Tyree Robinson was outstanding once again, posting 23 points on 10 of 16 shooting, while adding a double double by bringing down 11 rebounds as well. Isaac Medeiros had his own double double as well, scoring 17 points and grabbing 15 boards. The third star of game, and the hottest hand of the night went to Dan Flaherty who scored 18 points and went 4 of 8 from beyond the arc. However, the player of the game was Camren Menefee with his best performance of the year: 18 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Box Score
