Pirates get back on track with a road win over MA Knights.

Pirates was a little upset after losing their rematch against the Rockets last Saturday. They took out their frustrations on the MA Knights on Thursday night. All Pirates players were in the scorebook as it was one of the most balanced scoring from the Pirates as the team picked up a convincing 84-57 victory.
After bumpy start of the game on Thursday against the Knights, the Pirates responded with back-to-back baskets midway thru the first to start getting 2-3 possession lead. Every quarter Pirates add more onto their lead to and did not let Knights get any closer than low double digits lead.
Tyree Robinson once again was selected to be the player of the game with a team-high 18 points backed with 8 rebounds and season-high 6 blocks. Armani Baker continued his stretch of good play by recording his first ever double-double as a Pirates with 10 points and 12 rebounds. Cody Borges was hot from the distance where he went 3-5 from behind the arc finishing with 11 points. Dexter Thompson added 12 points off the bench and Isaac Medeiros brought in 10 rebounds.
Knights, who entered the game 3-2 in the season, averages just under 71 points a game. Pirates’ defense held Knights to a paltry 28.9 percent shooting and forced 18 turnovers.
